Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
