Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Effectively communicate with consultants and property owners.

Engage with suppliers both within and outside the UAE.

Read and interpret engineering blueprints accurately.

Utilize computer skills for managing emails and administrative tasks.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads.

Requirements:

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in the elevator or construction industry.

Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings.

Strong communication skills for liaising with consultants, property owners, and suppliers.

Good computer literacy, including email management and basic software applications.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
