Unicare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Present and demonstrate Unicare's products and services to clients.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote Unicare.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

- Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
