Located within the Sharjah Airport Free Zone, our state-of-the-art facilities span 10,000 square feet, equipped to handle a wide range of fabrication projects.

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at TransTech. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our custom metal fabrication solutions for business on wheels, including food carts, kiosks, trailers, and more. This position focuses on business development and client relationship management within the UAE market, targeting industries outside of banking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in the company CRM system.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of client information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure that all client data and information are used solely for business purposes and not for personal gain or unauthorized use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the field of custom fabrication, industrial products, or related industries.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
• Prior experience in selling non-banking related products or services is an advantage.
