We are looking for a salesperson with a great communication skill for Holiday Homes company. Meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and answer call inquiries.
- Respond to guests needs and react promptly to guests' requirements and inquiries.
- Respond to all booking inquiries, prompt bookings, and manage online booking channels.
- Ensure property listings are accurate and follow up on booking payment settlement.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service.
- Handling of guests' request and complains.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including creating advertisements.
- Creating and managing websites, brochures, flyers, or other materials used in advertising and promotion.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on data and present the recommendations to management.
- Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
- Managing listings on different advertising portals Ensuring High-Quality Scores for each listing.
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years' work experience in Sales.
• College Degree
• Key Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills along with a confident persuasive personality
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated and a fast learner
• Having good time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
