The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive sales techniques, client relationship management, and effective negotiation strategies. Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for our shipping services.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable shipping solutions.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Negotiation:
• Actively pursue sales leads and follow through to secure new business.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of shipping services, logistics operations, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
