Job Vacancy: Sales Representative (UAE Nationals Only) Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the market through various channels, including social media, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Present and showcase our company\'s services and products to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
Understand client needs and preferences that align with their requirements.
Provide accurate and detailed project quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Negotiate and close sales deals, adhering to company pricing and terms.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company\'s brand and services.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Must be a UAE National.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the interior design, contracting, or construction industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with interior design concepts and construction processes is a plus.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the area.
