We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting our services to potential clients, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client\'s goals, challenges, and budget constraints.
  • Present our agency\'s services and capabilities to prospective clients, demonstrating how we can address their specific needs and add value to their business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the unique requirements of each prospect.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our agency in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
