IT company based in Dubai is looking for a Sales Representative to join the team. The compensation comprises a base salary and a percentage, determined based on job performance or goal achievement, and amounts to between one and three times the base salary. We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Representative will work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
Develop opportunities and relations with end users/customers
Develop relationships with key partners for the growth of our products within their markets
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor's degree. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel as needed. Requirements:
Work experience in the IT sector (hardware or software)
Experience in customer and partner search in the region
Understanding of corporate sales principles and knowledge of the UAE market and the region as a whole
English and Arabic language is required
