We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, eager to drive business growth, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the NEBE platform to potential clients.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns and sales potential.
Transition seamlessly from a commission-only role to a salary-based role after the probationary period.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A persistent and resilient attitude with a drive to succeed.

Compensation:

Initial probationary period on a commission-only basis. (3 Months)
Post-probationary period, transition to a salary-based position with additional performance incentives.
