We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Promotions Specialist (Lady )to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our products or services, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and promotional campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve sales objectives.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and email marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers to nurture leads and drive repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional events to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative promotional materials, sales collateral, and advertising campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue generated, to assess the effectiveness of sales and promotional efforts.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Negotiate sales contracts, discounts, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Fluent in spoken Arabic language.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
Flexible schedule to accommodate networking events, client meetings, and promotional activities outside of regular business hours, as needed.
