Job Description

Our client, an IT consultancy firm based in Dubai, is seeking a Product specialist to be based in Qatar. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth. Familiarity with the Qatar market is advantageous, but not mandatory. Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape in the Qatar market. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and market presence in Qatar. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the company's products and services. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. Sales Administration: Manage sales activities and documentation, including sales orders, contracts, and customer records, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to sales management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the Qatar market and understanding of local business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements is advantageous. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions, overcome objections, and close deals. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and build long-term partnerships. Results-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in Qatar is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Qatar as required.
