INDEX Trading and Investment , a subsidiary of INDEX Holding , is seeking dynamic Sales Executives to drive sales across both B2B and B2C channels for one of their outlets - Yoku Moku. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple outlets, interacting with customers at the retail level, and pursuing business-to-business opportunities with government organizations and private companies. The role requires a presentable and self-motivated individual with their own vehicle to ensure efficient travel between outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Sales:
• Identify and target business clients including government entities and private companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive bulk sales and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare proposals and close deals to meet B2B sales objectives.
• B2C Sales:
• Operate from assigned outlets, engaging directly with customers and enhancing their in-store experience.
• Drive product awareness and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions and ensure daily sales targets are met.
• Outlet Management:
• Manage daily operations at assigned outlets.
• Maintain product display, manage stock levels, and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the B2B and B2C segments.
• Stay updated with competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting & Communication:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to align business objectives.
Key Requirements:
• Language Skills: English is required, Arabic Preferred
• UAE Driving License is a must
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales within the retail or consumer goods industry, ideally in food products or similar sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of clients.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including cold-calling, networking, and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Personal Attributes:
• Must be presentable and professional.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work 6 days a week .
