Duties: Attending Customer's Call & Greet Customers in Office. Recording Inquires and Forwarding to Operation Department for Estimations/Site-visit or Survey. Upon receiving and estimation preparing quotations and forwarding to clients. Follow-up with clients on sent quotations. Reporting to manager on daily basis for inquiries received and quotation sent. Encouraging clients for quotation approvals through negotiations, receiving payment & reporting accounts department for accounts update.
