JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers within the designated territory
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales
- Presenting and promoting the features and benefits of the company's feed products to customers
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing samples to customers
- Answering customers' inquiries about product specifications, prices, and availability
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Attending industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences
- Reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns
- Participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture or related field.
- Have strong & vast knowledge/experienced in the field of sales or customer service and in feed industry.
- The applicant should be familiar with the area they are designated with.
- Self-motivated & results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Have experience in UAE/GCC feed industry.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Knows how to speak Arabic. Other languages is an advantage
