### Requirements for Sales Representative To be successful in this role, the candidate should meet the following requirements: #### Experience - Recent Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in sales, specifically in the construction chemicals or building materials industry. - Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with selling products like tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing materials, gypsum powder, and other construction-related products to building materials shops. - Client Base : Existing relationships or networks with building materials shops in Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and other parts of the UAE are highly desirable. #### Skills - Sales Expertise : Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in the building materials sector. - Market Understanding : Good knowledge of the building materials market, including pricing, competitors, and trends. - Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with shop owners and managers. - Negotiation Skills : Skilled in negotiating terms, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships. #### Personal Attributes - Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Problem-Solving : Aptitude for addressing customer needs and resolving issues quickly. - Organization : Ability to manage multiple clients and track sales activities effectively. #### Additional Requirements - Driving License : A valid UAE driving license is mandatory to travel between shops and meet clients. - Local Knowledge : Familiarity with building materials shops across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and surrounding regions. - Language Skills : Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic or Malayalam is an advantage. Candidates with direct experience selling to building materials shops and a proven track record of growing sales in this field will be prioritized.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
