Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing furniture business. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their needs. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable about furniture products, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and engage with potential customers in-store, online, or through other channels.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance, explaining the features, benefits, and quality of furniture items.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's product range, including sofas, chairs, tables, beds, and other home furnishings.
• Offer personalized solutions for customers, including design recommendations and space planning if needed.
• Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist with deliveries and after-sales service, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Stay informed about market trends, new product offerings, and competitors in the furniture industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
• Strong passion for home furnishings and interior design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and furniture styles is an asset.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of customer service.
• A valid driving license and reliable transportation for site visits and deliveries.
