Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Revenue Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Promote Noor Al-Haq's products (e.g., chips, fruits, vegetables, cosmetics) to potential clients in the Gulf region. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. 2. Market Research and Strategy Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights to the Sales Manager for strategic planning and market expansion. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations. 4. Order Management and Delivery Coordination Assist in processing client orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with logistics teams to meet customer expectations. 5. Reporting and Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Document all sales activities and maintain accurate client records. --- Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or trading sectors in the UAE/Gulf region. Knowledge of the Gulf market and local trading practices. --- Key Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
