Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with at least 3-5 years of experience in Food Stuff/FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Daily Client Visits & Sales: Visit existing and potential customers daily to promote foodstuff products, secure orders, and build relationships.
• Merchandising at Point of Sale: Assist with product displays in-store and in retail environments to increase product visibility and sales.
• Product Knowledge: Master the details of the product range and use this knowledge to advise clients on the best product options for their needs.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly record of visits, orders, and sales progress.
• Customer Retention & Growth: Retain existing clients through excellent customer service, while also targeting new customers to expand the customer base.
• Invoice Creation & Order Fulfillment: Create accurate invoices that include all products purchased, ensuring smooth and timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and driving repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG, foodstuff retail, or wholesale.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience with CRM software (Zoho) and merchandising strategies.
• Ability to create accurate quotations and invoices and manage the payment collection process.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to travel for daily visits.
