Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals in CRM software.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

- Training & Development: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is often required, though entry-level positions may be available.

-Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred.

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing abilities, proficiency in CRM software, and a solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.

- Attributes: Motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
