Job Title: Agriculture Sales Representative

Salary Range: 2500 AED - 4000 AED per month

As an Agriculture Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of wholesale fruits and vegetables to various clients, including grocery stores, restaurants, and food distributors. Your knowledge of agriculture sales and the wholesale market will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients in the wholesale sector for fruits and vegetables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and support.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the agriculture and wholesale market.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting product benefits and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in agriculture sales or wholesale distribution of fruits and vegetables is required.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural market and key trends affecting the industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agriculture sales or a related field.
• Existing relationships with key players in the wholesale market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
