Responsibilities:



Handle administrative tasks and office operations efficiently
Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and document management
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
Support internal teams with clerical duties as needed
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years

of experience in an

office assistant or administrative role


Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


Strong

organizational and multitasking skills


Excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities


Ability to work

independently and within a team


Prior experience in a corporate or administrative setting is preferred

Language Preferred:



Hindi (Must)


English
