Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in selling ERP solutions and IT services. This role will require a combination of excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of ERP products, and the ability to foster relationships with clients in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our IT solutions division.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to sell ERP software and IT solutions to potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking in the ERP and IT sectors.
• Work with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend the appropriate ERP solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Understand the features, benefits, and functionality of ERP solutions and IT services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase ERP software and IT solutions to prospects.
• Work closely with the technical team to answer client questions and customize solutions based on business needs.
• Lead negotiations and prepare proposals for new and existing clients.
• Close sales deals in a timely manner, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Skills Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of proven sales experience in ERP solutions, IT products, or software sales.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a focus on IT solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and handle large-scale projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
