Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for selling maintenance, cleaning, and pest control services to businesses and residential clients. The successful candidate will be a dynamic self-starter who can build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the customer base and driving the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development : Identify, prospect, and target new customers (both B2B and B2C) for maintenance, cleaning, and pest control services.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Consultative Selling : Understand customer needs and recommend tailored maintenance, cleaning, and pest control solutions to meet their requirements.
• Lead Generation & Qualification : Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals : Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients, explaining service offerings, benefits, and pricing.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals : Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for service enhancements and new business.
• Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution : Act as a point of contact for customer issues, working with the operations team to resolve service-related concerns.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely follow-up on service contracts.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the facilities management, cleaning, or pest control industry.
• Strong knowledge of the cleaning, maintenance, and pest control services market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
