Job Description

:We are looking for a Sales Representative for one of our clients to be based in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Representative in our refrigeration and air conditioning services company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our range of refrigeration and air conditioning products and services to commercial and residential customKey Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct research to understand the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors of target customers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for potential sales.
  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their refrigeration and air conditioning requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Present our range of refrigeration and air conditioning products and services to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Customize proposals based on client requirements, outlining recommended solutions, pricing, and terms.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by clients and provide clarification as needed.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Overcome objections and obstacles to facilitate the closing of sales.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on market insights.
RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Engineering, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales, preferably in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and effectively communicate them to clients.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
