Willbe, a leading platform in biohacking and hormonal health optimization for women in perimenopause, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and longevity, with a strong ability to build relationships and close high-ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in optimizing their health and longevity.
• Engage with inbound leads, conducting 40-minute intro calls to assess client needs and match them with the right health programs.
• Guide clients through their journey toward improved hormonal health, offering insights into our comprehensive solutions.
• Reach out to leads via phone to schedule product demonstrations or offer alternative solutions if criteria aren't met.
• Follow up on missed or canceled appointments through calls, texts, and emails, ensuring consistent lead engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to help refine lead-generation strategies.
• Stay informed about product updates to ensure accurate and comprehensive solutions to client queries.
Who You Are:
• You have 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• You're skilled in phone-based sales and adept at engaging clients through verbal and written communication (calls, texts, emails).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Experienced in setting appointments and ensuring follow-through with clients.
• You possess a coachable mindset, always open to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills, quickly building rapport and trust with potential clients.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and capable of maintaining accurate sales records.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in a high-ticket sales environment.
• Experience in the health, wellness, or tech industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
