:
Protectol Health is seeking a sales receivables officer to join our team in UAE. The Sales Receivable Officer is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding sales invoices, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to sales activities.
• Support the sales team with various administrative duties as needed.
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all receivable transactions.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to invoices and payments.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and accounting of receivables.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on accounts receivable status.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing relevant receivable data
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
