Job Description

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized advice and recommendations on nutrition supplements and health products.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their health and wellness needs.

Product Promotion:

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Educate customers on the usage and benefits of various nutritional supplements and healthcare products.
• Implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness and sales.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions accurately using the pharmacy's POS system.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on new products, trends, and developments in the health and wellness industry.
• Continuously expand knowledge of nutritional supplements and their health benefits.
• Provide accurate information and advice based on customers' health conditions and requirements.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain product availability and store cleanliness.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of nutrition, health supplements, and wellness products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in any of our pharmacy branches and any shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
