We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven

Asian female candidate

with excellent English communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus) for a

part-time Sales Promoter role at Sharjah Airport.

The ideal candidate should

reside in Sharjah or nearby areas

and have a passion for sales, customer service, and the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:

Proactively engage with customers to meet and exceed sales goals through effective product promotion.

?Product Knowledge:

Exhibit a strong understanding of skincare and beauty products, providing customers with insightful education on benefits and usage.

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored product recommendations.

?Cross-Selling & Upselling:

Enhance sales performance by suggesting complementary products and highlighting special promotions.

Store Operations:

Maintain attractive product displays, manage inventory levels, and ensure the kiosk is clean and well-organized.

Daily Sales Reporting:

Accurately track and report daily sales performance and share valuable customer insights.

?Merchandising & Stock Management:

Ensure products are well-merchandised according to brand guidelines and restocked as needed.

?Marketing & Promotions Support:

Participate in store promotions, product demonstrations, and brand events to boost brand visibility.

9.?

?Collaboration & Training:

Work closely with the team and management to achieve sales objectives and attend brand training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
