- Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetics products
- Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- A sales oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales target ( Upselling skills).
- Ability to educate customers on products features and benefits
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, which is common in the retail beauty industry.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay informed about new products and trends.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as assisting customers, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborating with other team members and working cohesively within a retail environment is often a requirement.
