Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Promoter to represent our company at our sales center located within Nation Galleria Mall. This role involves engaging with mall visitors, promoting our real estate properties, and driving sales. The position offers a competitive base salary with commission-based incentives, providing ample opportunity for earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with mall visitors to introduce and promote our real estate properties and services.
• Provide detailed and compelling information about available properties, including key features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct property presentations and demonstrations in the sales center to generate interest and attract potential buyers.
• Generate and qualify leads through face-to-face interactions, capturing visitor details for follow-up by the sales team.
• Maintain an attractive and informative sales center display, ensuring all marketing materials are current and engaging.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate property viewings, follow-up meetings, and client interactions.
• Leverage high mall foot traffic and events to maximize visibility and lead generation opportunities.
• Monitor and report on lead generation, visitor interactions, and promotional campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate and insightful information.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, promotions, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a busy retail environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property information is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic graphic design tools.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in alignment with mall operating hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: AED 3500/-
• Commission: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance, offering significant earning potential.
