We're seeking a talented Sales & Projects Manager to join our growing team in Dubai!

Sales and Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with high-end clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Project Management:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project budgets and ensure financial viability.

Administrative Tasks:

• Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Smart Solutions and Home Automation Systems.
• Track record of successfully managing sales pipelines and delivering projects end-to-end.
• Ability to understand AutoCad drawings.
• ?Knowledge of KNX, smart lighting, audio-visual systems, and automation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
