We are looking for a Project Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's sales team.
Duties:
• Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Plan project schedules and manage team goals.
• Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project related paper works by ensuring all necessary materials are available to work.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost saving measure.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the client's need.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent ( Civil ).
• Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Signages, Fit-out is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Sketchup.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written especially drafting business. correspondence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
