Prestige Luxury Real Estate is currently seeking a Sales Progression/Conveyancing Officer. The ideal candidate will oversee all ownership transfers on behalf of sellers, buyers, lenders, and developers. :
- Oqood experience is required.
- Understanding of the registration and termination systems.
- Preparation of DLD forms (Form F, MOU, SPA, etc).
- Identification and following of DLD procedures.
- Familiarity with the operations of real estate trustee offices.
- Drafting official documents, such as contracts detailing sales or leases.
- Checking contracts on behalf of clients.
- Maintaining official records of payments and contracts
- Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds.
- Handling transfers.
- Minimum 4-6 years of proven Dubai real estate market experience.
- Self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective report-writing skills with attention to detail and compliance.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Arabic speaking skills is not a requirement highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic IT & accounting skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Real Estate: 4 years (Required)
