We are looking for

Sales man or Sales Executive

for one of our client in

Al Ain

. A Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of products or services by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves actively engaging with customers to promote product features, handle inquiries, and close sales deals. Cross-selling and up-selling are key components of this position, requiring strong persuasive communication, product knowledge, and customer relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Engage with customers through various communication channels (in-person, phone, email, or online) to understand their needs. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling

Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell (selling related or complementary products) and up-sell (selling a higher-end version or upgraded product) to increase revenue. Use product knowledge and customer insights to suggest additional or upgraded products that provide more value to the customer. Use persuasive techniques to convince customers of the benefits of purchasing additional products or more expensive alternatives.

Product Knowledge and Consultation

Stay well-informed about product features, benefits, pricing, and the latest offerings. Provide expert advice to customers on products and services that best suit their needs. Demonstrate product features to help customers understand its value and address concerns.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

Deliver compelling sales presentations, both online and in-person, highlighting the benefits of the products or services. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionalities. Tailor the sales pitch to the customer's unique requirements, emphasizing relevant benefits.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and pursue potential sales leads through various methods, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, buying potential, and readiness to purchase. Maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and actively follow up to convert leads into customers.

Sales Closing and Negotiation

Effectively close sales deals by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for both the company and the customer. Ensure that all customer queries or concerns are addressed before closing the sale.

Customer Service and Follow-Up

Provide exceptional post-sale support by ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure product satisfaction and to identify future sales opportunities. Address any customer complaints or issues promptly, working to resolve them in a positive manner.

Sales Targets and Reporting

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track sales activity and report progress to management. Record customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM or other sales management tools.

Market and Competitor Analysis

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product innovations to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer preferences, objections, and market demands.

Collaboration with Team Members

Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Share insights and best practices with colleagues to help improve sales processes and techniques.

Qualifications:



Education:



High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:



1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (experience in cross-selling and up-selling is highly preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to different customer types.

Sales Expertise:

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including cross-selling, up-selling, and consultative selling. Ability to identify customer needs and align product recommendations with those needs.

Customer Focus:

A customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs to foster long-term relationships. Active listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and objections.

Negotiation Skills:

Confidence in negotiating pricing, terms, and contract details with customers while maintaining a positive relationship. Ability to handle objections effectively and turn potential no's into yes's.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to quickly resolve customer issues or concerns and turn challenges into opportunities for further sales.

Time Management and Organization:

Effective time management skills to handle multiple leads, sales calls, and customer inquiries. Organized in maintaining a sales pipeline and managing follow-up actions.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales activities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other productivity tools.

Resilience and Persistence:

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve sales goals. Persistent and goal-oriented, with a drive to increase sales and contribute to the company's growth.

Work Environment:



Sales Representatives may work in various settings, including retail stores, call centers, or on-site for business-to-business (B2B) sales. Some positions may involve travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, or visit potential customers in different locations.

Salary and Benefits:



Salesman outdoor - need driving license( Mandatory), Car+ petrol company will provide

salary: 1500 - 2000 commission( 1% - 5% - 10%)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
