Job Description

The Sales Portfolio Coordinator supports the management and optimization of the company's sales portfolio. This role involves organizing and tracking sales initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between sales teams and other departments, and assisting in the development and execution of strategies that enhance the portfolio's effectiveness and growth. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records and data related to products and services offered to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Portfolio Support :
• Assist in managing and tracking a range of products or services in the sales portfolio.
• Maintain up-to-date records of portfolio offerings, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible to the sales team.
• Sales Coordination :
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of portfolio strategies.
• Provide administrative support for sales presentations, proposals, and product/service updates.
• Help manage the flow of communication between sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Reporting & Analysis :
• Track sales performance and portfolio metrics, generating reports on sales data, revenue, and trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve portfolio management based on data analysis.
• Product Knowledge & Updates :
• Stay informed on product/service updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to ensure the sales portfolio is competitive and relevant.
• Coordinate with product management teams to ensure new products/services are integrated into the portfolio.
• Client and Stakeholder Interaction :
• Assist in managing client relationships by supporting the sales team with portfolio-related inquiries.
• Respond to customer or partner requests regarding product offerings, availability, and specifications.
• Project Management :
• Support cross-functional projects related to the sales portfolio, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Help plan and execute initiatives to promote portfolio growth, including marketing campaigns and customer outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
