Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure alignment on demand and supply.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on forecast accuracy and business performance.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasts and actual results, offering insights for improvement.
Data Management: Maintain and optimize data systems and forecasting tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitor activities to support business planning.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes and data analysis methodologies.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in forecasts and develop mitigation strategies.
Your Profile:
Preferably Masters Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales analysis, demand planning, risk assessment, or business analytics within the manufacturing or automotive sector.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
