Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment:
• Promote Training College's programs to potential students.
• Build a pipeline of prospective students through community outreach, partnerships, and direct engagements.
2. Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance on programs, admissions, and enrollment processes.
3. Sales Targets and Strategies:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollment.
4. Marketing Support:
• Participate in education expos, open days, and campus events to promote the college.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives.
5. Market Research and Reporting:
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitiveness.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Minimum Qualification : Diploma
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year
