RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:
• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales Process:
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
• Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of the fit-out market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
