We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Sales Consultant to join our luxury kitchen showroom in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end retail sales, a keen eye for design, and the ability to build relationships with affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on luxury kitchen cabinets and interior solutions. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales by demonstrating product features, benefits, and customization options. Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies to offer informed recommendations. Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting the best kitchen cabinetry designs based on their preferences, space, and budget. Provide detailed quotes and close sales professionally. After-Sales Support: Ensure seamless coordination with the design and installation teams to guarantee customer satisfaction. Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom immaculate and visually appealing to enhance the luxury shopping experience. Sales Reporting: Maintain records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends to support business growth.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in high-end kitchen cabinets, furniture, or interior design. Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in dealing with high-net-worth individuals. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or other languages is a plus. Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative approach. Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office for client management and reporting.
