Job Roles and Responsibilities

:

Property Sales and Leasing

: Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored property solutions. Showcase properties to prospective clients and negotiate offers to close deals. Assist clients in navigating the buying, selling, and leasing processes.

Market Research

: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and emerging areas of demand. Conduct comparative market analysis to provide accurate property valuations.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain a strong network of clients, agents, and property owners. Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.

Administrative Duties

: Maintain and update property listings on relevant portals. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the team to achieve individual and group sales targets. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

What We Offer

Training and Development

: Freshers will receive comprehensive training and a 30-day evaluation period to assess performance.

Attractive Salary Packages

: Freshers: Salary begins after the 30-day evaluation period. Experienced Sales Agents: Starting salary of AED 2,000 plus commissions. Sales Managers: Bring a team of 5 agents and earn a starting salary of AED 4,000 plus additional incentives.

Requirements

:

Passionate about real estate and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus. Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
