We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales within the real estate or civil industry, along with a deep understanding of renovation and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and manage leads for villa renovations, apartment renovations, villa maintenance, house renovations, and office renovations.
• Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Present and promote our interior design and civil works services to potential clients.
• Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the real estate or civil contracting field.
• Strong knowledge of renovation and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in selling interior design or civil works services.
• A strong client network in the real estate or construction sector.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
