Job Description
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Maintaining accurate records of auction details, bid history, and sales agreements.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the cars features, specifications, and unique selling points of cars.
Ensuring to be up to date with the latest trends and developments in the cars auctions aftermarket and industry.
Engaging with enthusiasts, exclusive buyers to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Ensuring the car models/presentations are displayed attractively in digital catalogs.
Coordinating with the authorized maintenance teams
Supporting the pricing strategy based on market value
Identifying potential cars for auction through market research, networking, and industry contacts.
Assisting in the planning and execution of live and virtual auctions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality presentations.
Ensuring in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the company.
Other roles & responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager.
