Job Summary: The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our product offerings, the ability to engage customers, and the skills to close sales effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury kitchen and accessories, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, especially in similar high-end kitchen or accessory markets. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their lighting and accessory needs.
Provide expert advice on kitchen, materials, and customization options.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by presenting and explaining product features and benefits.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Utilize effective selling techniques to close sales and maximize revenue.
Handle customer objections and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all luxury kitchen and accessories offered by the showroom.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product arrivals.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Store Operations:
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts.
Support merchandising efforts by arranging product displays and promotional materials.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve showroom goals.
Share insights and feedback with the management team to improve showroom performance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury kitchen, or related high-end retail environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Ability to understand and articulate luxury product features and benefits.
Proficient in using AUTOCAD software and other sales tools.
Personal Attributes:
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
