We are seeking a Sales Performance Enablement Lead for CEEMA.You will be working in a fast-paced and matrix environment, and someone who is able to balance regional and global priorities while delivering on growth objectives.The key responsibilities of the role include:Manage the Revenue, growth, and retention initiatives through a rigorous cadence of discipline and pipeline management.Collaborate with Leadership team to develop sales plans aligned with overall objectives. This involves setting targets, KPIs, execution plans with timelines and more.Direct daily operations of the market in a manner that drives business objectives, achievements, and contributes equally to financial and strategic goals.Ensure that the market is running efficiently, optimizing resources, while improving profits and margins.Develop & maintain an operating cadence that improves the market's growth trajectory.Bring together, analysis, and business sense to grow the business book.Identify, develop, collaborate with others to scale, and implement opportunities to improve processes, products and/or service with an ultimate goal to delight customers.Drive process improvement and change initiatives. Understand and promote industry "standard methodologies".Partner with Finance, and others, to provide analytics, intelligence, forecasting, and reporting that enable business decisions.The role may include authoring and presenting business cases for consideration.Manage key relationships with global functions, other operating units, corporate functions, and customers.Represent the market through participation in management meetings, steering committees, task forces, and committees.
