As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our aesthetic services, educating clients on treatment options, and ensuring an exceptional experience for each client. Your goal is to help clients feel empowered and beautiful by guiding them toward the best services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Client Relations
• Engage with clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels to discuss aesthetic treatments and services.
• Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered.
• Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Achievement of Sales Targets
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients.
• Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients.
• Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic or related field (e.g., beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of aesthetic procedures, treatments, and skincare products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CRM systems to track client interactions and sales performance.
