Position Title: Sales Outdoor Representative
Location: [SHJ ]
Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative for Dr. Scent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium fragrance products in the market. You will work to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and target new potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and other businesses.
• Promote Dr. Scent products and services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to increase brand presence and market share.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, including addressing client concerns or inquiries.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Gather feedback from customers and report on new product demands or market changes.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation:
• Maintain deep knowledge of Dr. Scent products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients.
• Reporting & Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market conditions.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales, such as orders and invoicing.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer needs.
• Attend regular sales meetings and provide feedback to improve team strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the fragrance or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the fragrance industry is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
