Job Title: Sales & Operations Supervisor

Department: Business Development & Sales

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive growth for Superstore Vending Machines LLC and Station Vending Machines LLC in the Abu Dhabi market. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, as well as a deep understanding of the vending machine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase market share and revenue in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team and provide coaching and support to achieve them.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers in the Abu Dhabi region.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team in collaboration with the HR Manager.
• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to support team members' development.
• Manage team performance and address any issues or challenges.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Head of Sales & Business Development.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
• Motivate and inspire team members.
• Manage team performance and address issues.
• Administration:
• Coordinate with the Branch Unit Director on administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Human Resources:
• Collaborate with the HR Department on recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Marketing:
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives.
• Technical Support:
• Coordinate with Service Technicians for technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the sales industry.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the vending machine industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

Additional Information:

• Initial Training: The successful candidate will undergo a 1-week training program at the Dubai head office to familiarize themselves with the company, its products, and the UAE market.
• Note: This role is subject to a 3-month probationary period . Successful completion of the probationary period is required to be eligible for full-time employment, visa processing, and access to all benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
