Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist - B2B Attractions at Platinumlist Tickets in Dubai. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing Business to Business Accounts, negotiating commercial terms with new clients, providing support to the Attractions Business Development teams, ensuring effective communication with Attraction Suppliers and Business Clients, and improving overall sales operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

OTA/B2B experience, with a focus in dealing with Attractions in the UAE

Experience in sales or sales operations

Proficiency in using Ticketing Admin Systems and CRM software or other sales tools

Detail-oriented and highly organised

Ability to multitask and prfioritize effectively

Knowledge in the online entertainment industry and ticket sales is a plus

Experience at E-commerce platforms/App companies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
