Extract, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights for business decisions.
Provide recommendations to improve sales results based on data analysis.
Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine the sales methodologies and implement best practices to improve sales cycle times.
Provide training and support to sales Department on sales processes, tools, and tools updates.
Streamlining business processes using Salesforce, automating workflows, and ensuring the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system efficiently supports business operations.
Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the overall sales operations.
Evaluate sales tools and technology solutions to support sales operations and enable sales team productivity.
Act as a liaison to ensure alignment and coordination across teams to drive seamless sales operations.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Gather and analyze sales operations data to provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Develop regular sales reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business operations performance and revenue forecasts.
